No one does this today in fast food taco joints. I selected hot.Perfect! In short, the hot meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and hot sauce tasted as though they were cooked fresh to order. Finely cut lettuce follows with fresh tomato and sauce of your choice. The next layer is shredded cheese and it is cold. Most importantly, the meat is hot, as in very warm. Taco Tico meat is a unique blend of meat and tasty spices. This taco lunch wowed me at my first crunchy bite! The shell is lighter than most places, yet it is heavy because the shell is overflowing with food, not just lettuce.
